Day Wise Itinerary
Arrival at Podgorica or Tivat Airport, or Kotor/Bar/Tivat Port, followed by a transfer to your 4★ hotel in Podgorica. Check in and meet your guide for a relaxed 1.5-hour walking city tour. Explore Republic Square, stroll along Bokeška Street, admire the iconic Millennium Bridge, visit the historic Sastavci (Skaline) Bridge, the Clock Tower, and Old Town, and conclude at St. George Church, one of the oldest active Christian sites in the region. Return to the hotel, free time, and overnight in Podgorica.
After breakfast, depart for Cetinje for a guided city tour, including Cetinje Monastery, Ćipuri Church, Biljarda (Njegoš’s former residence), King Nikola’s Museum, and the Presidential Palace. Continue to Njeguši village for a tasting of traditional local products at a historic tavern (est. 1881). Drive along the scenic Lovćen Serpentine, with photo stops, then arrive in Kotor for a walking tour of the Old Town, Cathedral of St. Tryphon, St. Luke’s Church, and Cat Square. Enjoy lunch, then continue to Budva to explore its charming Old Town, churches, squares, Citadel, and marina. Return to Podgorica in the evening. Overnight in Podgorica.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic train journey from Podgorica to Kolašin (approx. 1.5 hours), passing through the dramatic Platije Canyon, along the Morača River, and across the impressive Mala Rijeka Bridge, one of the highest railway bridges in Europe. Upon arrival in Kolašin, continue by road to Biogradska Gora National Park for a walk around Biogradsko Lake. Return to Kolašin for a short city walk and free time or optional lunch. Later, visit the serene Morača Monastery, set in beautiful natural surroundings. Return to Podgorica in the evening. Overnight in Podgorica.
After breakfast, enjoy some free time until your transfer to Podgorica or Tivat Airport, or Kotor/Bar/Tivat Port, for your departure.
