Terms & Conditions β Cruise Booking
Visa & Travel Permits:
Guests are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas and travel permits for each country listed in the cruise itinerary, regardless of whether they disembark at any port. Certain itineraries may require a multiple-entry visa. Guests are advised to verify visa requirements with the relevant embassies well in advance of travel.
Passport Validity:
All passports must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months beyond the cruise completion date. Guests are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, and suitability of their travel documents.
Travel Restrictions:
Due to U.S. regulations, some cruise lines may not accept bookings from residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Bookings from nationals of these countries may be accepted only if proof is provided confirming non-residency in the restricted countries.
Travel Insurance:
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Cruise lines do not provide waivers or refunds for cancellation penalties under any circumstances.
Gratuities (Service Charges):
Gratuities are mandatory and may be prepaid at the time of booking or settled onboard. Guests choosing to pay onboard must notify the reservation team at the time of booking. Certain stateroom categories or promotional fares may include complimentary gratuities.
Infants & Minors:
Infants under six (6) months of age are not permitted to sail. For full details regarding infant and minor policies, please contact our team prior to booking.
Pricing Errors:
The cruise line reserves the right to correct and re-invoice bookings in the event of pricing or system errors.
