Day Wise Itinerary
Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival and completion of customs and immigration procedures, you will be transferred to your hotel by shared shuttle bus. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore at your own pace. In the afternoon, you will receive detailed information regarding the start of your tour.
After breakfast, enjoy a full guided sightseeing tour of Tokyo, lasting approximately five hours. Discover the fascinating contrast between the city’s modern districts and its peaceful traditional areas. Begin with a visit to Zojoji Temple, offering beautiful views of Tokyo Tower and its unique Jizo statues. Continue to the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, then visit the serene Meiji Shrine, dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken. Travel along elegant Omotesando Avenue, explore the gardens of the Imperial Palace, and stop at the iconic Nijubashi Bridge. Pass through Akihabara, the center of manga and anime culture, before visiting Tokyo Skytree (admission included) for spectacular panoramic views of the city. End the tour in Asakusa, where you will explore Sensoji Temple and stroll along the lively Nakamise Shopping Street. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. In the evening, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and travel by subway to Shinjuku. Enjoy a guided walk through this vibrant district followed by dinner at a local restaurant (included). Return to the hotel by subway with your guide. Note: The order of visits may vary depending on Skytree admission times and weather conditions. Alternative viewpoints may be arranged if necessary.
After breakfast, depart Tokyo at 8:00 a.m. and travel through picturesque mountain landscapes toward the Mount Fuji region. Arrive in Kawaguchiko around 10:00 a.m., a charming lakeside town surrounded by flowers and mountains. Visit Arakurayama Sengen Park, famous for its pagoda and some of the most iconic panoramic views of Mount Fuji. Continue to the sacred Fuji Sengen Shrine, traditionally the starting point for Mount Fuji pilgrimages, where you may enjoy a peaceful moment in this spiritual setting. Around midday, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Kawaguchiko, taking in stunning views of Mount Fuji reflected on the water. After lunch, begin the scenic ascent toward Mount Fuji’s Fifth Station, reaching an altitude of 2,305 meters. Spend time exploring the area, visiting the small shrine, and enjoying breathtaking panoramic views. In the late afternoon, return to Kawaguchiko and check in at a traditional Ryokan. In the evening, we recommend relaxing in the Onsen (hot spring bath) for an authentic Japanese experience. Dinner is included. Overnight in Kawaguchiko. Note: During winter or adverse weather conditions, access to the Fifth Station may be limited and the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. Accommodation may be in Japanese-style or Western-style rooms depending on availability.
After breakfast, depart Kawaguchiko at 8:30 a.m. and travel along a scenic route bordered by the beautiful Kawaguchi and Saiko Lakes. Our first stop is Iyashi no Sato Nenba, a charming traditional mountain village restored as an open-air museum. Stroll among its historic houses, now home to craft shops, small museums, and local eateries, offering a wonderful insight into rural Japanese life. Continue to the spectacular Shiraito Falls, one of Japan’s most beautiful natural attractions. Enjoy time to admire the elegant cascades dropping 20 meters through lush surroundings. After a lunch break en route, we proceed to the Toyota Museum, where admission is included. Discover the fascinating history of the automobile and Japan’s industrial innovation through an impressive collection of classic and modern vehicles. In the late afternoon, travel onward to Kyoto. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy free time at leisure. Overnight in Kyoto. Note: Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the visit to Shiraito Falls.
Spend a full day discovering the timeless beauty of Kyoto, Japan’s former imperial capital and one of the country’s most culturally rich cities. Preserved from World War II bombings, Kyoto remains a treasure trove of temples, gardens, and traditional architecture. Our tour begins in Arashiyama, where you’ll admire the scenic Togetsukyo Bridge (Bridge over the Moon), offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and river. Visit the renowned Tenryu-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Kyoto’s five great Zen temples, followed by a peaceful walk through the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Continue to the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of red torii gates, then explore the historic Imperial Palace. The tour concludes with a visit to the magnificent Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens. (Order of visits may vary.) In the late afternoon, transfer to Gion, Kyoto’s traditional geisha district. Enjoy free time to stroll through its atmospheric streets, admire classic wooden houses, and experience the charm of old Kyoto. Return to the hotel independently, with taxi guidance provided by your tour guide. Overnight in Kyoto.
After breakfast, depart Kyoto for a full-day cultural journey. 08:00 — Departure from Kyoto 09:00 — Nara Visit Todaiji Temple, a grand Buddhist complex dating back to 752 and home to the Great Buddha statue. The temple grounds are surrounded by a peaceful park where friendly deer roam freely—perfect for photography and sightseeing. 10:30 — Departure from Nara 11:15 — Horyuji Temple Discover one of Japan’s most important UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Explore its ancient wooden pagoda, monasteries, and seminaries—recognized as the world’s oldest surviving wooden temple structures and a key testament to Japan’s spiritual history. 12:45 — Departure from Horyuji Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before continuing to Osaka. (lunch included) 14:30 — Arrival in Osaka Check in and enjoy free time in Japan’s vibrant second city. In the evening, visit Dotonbori, Osaka’s famous entertainment district known for neon lights, bustling nightlife, and endless dining choices.
