Day Wise Itinerary
Ayubowan! Welcome to Sri Lanka. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and assisted by our representative and transferred to Wadduwa. Check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Blue Water, Wadduwa – Bed & Breakfast.
After breakfast, begin your exploration along the beautiful southern coast. Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery Visit Visit the renowned Turtle Conservation Project in Kosgoda, dedicated to protecting endangered sea turtles. Learn about the conservation efforts and witness baby turtles being nurtured before their release into the ocean. Balapitiya – Madu River Boat Safari Proceed to Balapitiya for a scenic boat ride along the tranquil Madu River. Cruise through mangrove tunnels, discover small river islands, and observe rich biodiversity including freshwater fish and birdlife. Visit Kotu Duwa Island, home to a historic temple. Galle City Tour Continue to Galle, a historic coastal city where Dutch colonial architecture meets tropical charm. Explore the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort, walk along preserved ramparts and bastions, see the iconic lighthouse, and browse the Dutch Hospital Shopping Complex for souvenirs and local crafts. Return to Wadduwa in the evening. Overnight stay at Blue Water, Wadduwa – Bed & Breakfast.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day at leisure relaxing by the beach or pool. Your vehicle will be at your disposal within an 80 km radius. Optional excursions (at additional cost): Visit a traditional Tea Factory Explore the Ambalangoda Mask Factory to discover Sri Lanka’s unique cultural craftsmanship Overnight stay at Blue Water, Wadduwa – Bed & Breakfast.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
